It was a great place to visit! The hotel staff was friendly and house keeping was great. Thank you Maribei. A big thank you also to Adriana. The fitness classes were great. I enjoyed the three classes I took with her. She was great. I would visit again any day!

Is our first time in this resort, we’re coming to celebrate our anniversary and we really enjoyed it, everything looks fantastic and clean, we are really impressed about how’s people are working. Our vacations was fun with the entertainment team: Thanks Luis and Benjamin for made our stay, this guys are amazing, thanks to Luana and Alejandro for being fun!. Thanks Carlos for keeping our room very clean.

We loved el dorado! We went there for our 5th anniversary. A big thank you to the entertainment team! Luis and Benjamin were very fun and friendly! We had fun playing volleyball and enjoying the entertainment at guatamayad bar. Carlos in housekeeping did an amazing job at keeping our room fresh and clean. Adriana was so fun with aqua fitness!

A lovely hotel with amazing food, the resort always looking so clean, and if we talking about the beach, the beach is BEAUTIFUL. The highlight of our stay was Luis and Benjamin, they were so friendly and welcoming and really made our trip enjoyable. They were energetic and involved everyone in all activities. Thank you both! Thanks to Luana and Alejandro at the other side, they are so funny!

Just returned from a short (3 night) stay at the El Dorado Seaside Palms. I found a good rate through the Chase travel portal and wanted to get out of the Arizona heat. I so badly want to give this a five star review but also want to be honest. It is very nice but not up to 5 star standards. I base this on around 25 trips to Cancun/Riviera Maya over the last 20 years. The property has a secluded jungle vibe. You will not walk off this property to explore and shop. Other than walking on the beach, you are pretty much here unless you book an excursion. I am not saying this as a complaint. Just a fact. It is around 90 minutes from the Cancun Airport. We found the food to be good. Not great, but good. The specialty restaurants, that require reservations, were very good. Try the filet at the Italian restaurant. You will not be disappointed. The beach is dreamy. Wonderful white sand and clear water. As you face the beach, you can walk to the right for about a mile and a half to the Paladium Resort. I enjoyed snorkeling right from the beach, and the amount of fish was astounding. There were many silver/white colored fish and striped yellow and black fish. The water was calm and around 90 degrees. We were upgraded to a "premium" room which was kind of a joke. There is not a special lounge for premium rooms. However, there is a huge pool. Big enough room but felt old and dingy. Tbh the whole resort felt like it needed a make over. Things were clean but just seemed dingy. They also do not have a big grand clubhouse/check in area like other resorts in the area. Having said all this, the people were delightful. So friendly and helpful. We have found this to be the case everywhere in Mexico. Hope this honest review helps some of you!
