Too much seaweeds in May, I've never seen that much seaweed, plus the beaches are not clean and long enough, not much to do around the hotel. Their activities are pretty decent ___________________________..._________________________na--------------------------

Horacio at the gym was very attentive, caring, and nice. He even gave my family water from the heat as we were all in dress clothes for the wedding. What a great experience. The bananas are also a nice ...treat. I also enjoyed my time with the amenities and the staff were always helpful and kind.

Dreams Tulum is a lovely resort!! The rooms, pool and facilities are fab! The staff were so attentive and friendly. They always made sure that we had exactly what we needed! One of the staff members Gise...lle was great! She was super friendly and always said hello, made sure we knew what activities were going on throughout the day and is just a great staff member in building relationships with guests. She made our whole experience at Dreams Tulum extra special! We also had a romantic meal for two which was 10/10! A great resort and a great way to enjoy Mexico. We went on several excursions throughout our stay. We love Mexico!!

As a destination wedding planner working with the wedding and groups department was fantastic. No issues with check in process or with the rooms for all guests in the group. The wedding turned out beautifu...l! I would recommend Dreams Tulum for any family group trip .

Erik was the best zumba dancer lol ve he’s personality. He is a very outgoing people person enjoyed my stay here in Tulum and would definitely come back and bring more of my family members love the food ou...t of here so hard to keep this place clean I love it will definitely tell my friends about this place and we return. love it !!!
