I just wanted to leave a GLOWING review for Ken from the dive shop at Sandals Grande St. Lucia. My GF and I met Ken last year in St. Vincent and he made us feel really comfortable in the water diving. Thi...s year he helped refresh things for us and was very patient and comforting which really went a long way. I also wanted to shout out the rest of the dive crew, who were also amazing (Rusty, Stingray, Martin, Marcus, Pumpkin). They were all so welcoming and made us feel safe diving (and ensured we had a great time). The diving part of our trip is what really made our trip worthwhile so I just wanted to let you know how great that team is. Every one of them.

My name is Hany and my wife is Viola we had a nice time during our trip to Sandals St.Lucia specially with Nhaya the erobic training as she is really good and care about the guest.I had a cramp during the ...session at the pool and when I asked her for help she stopped the session to treat me.in addition of this everytime do the session she has to make sure that everyone is Allright. Also the entertainment people were so good as I can remember the names Mauka and Calvin they where amazing people . I hope to see them again

Another amazing holiday, shout out to all the watersports guys for the best snorkelling (Terroll, Fletcher, Derek (Syvelstor) , Ken, Ron, Kerwin), and to the best entertainment te...am (Anderson, Leana, Alyah, Deasia, Cassius, Mauka) you always made us laugh and great performances. Laurin, Sharlen, Lydia and Tessa for great service and all the rest of the team. To all the great drinks that was served, Peter, Nei, Remy, Matthew and everyone else. Michael and Everton for all the great beach chats while keeping the beaches beautiful and to all the amazing maids, and of course Della and Matthew the management team, you all are the best of the best, see you next year, you have an amazing hotel, in Paradise!!!

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The staff are amazing, Maryann from the Gift Shop treated us like family, she knew our names when we came back on a different day!! She was so personable and so helpfu...l! Glenda from Resort Scheduling was so sweet and caring, she assisted us with booking our next trip and her personality was so inviting!! The resort food is pretty good, our only complaint is that the coke and Diet Coke tastes completely different (I think it may be because the country doesn’t allow some of the color additives and such but not sure)…. Gordon’s and Toscanini’s were great for dinner!! We enjoyed Mariner’s for lunch most days, we absolutely love Josephine’s for dessert!! The resort is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!!

This is our 5th trip to the St Lucia Grande. It is a wonderful resort. The service is outstanding. The manager Mathew is very personable and accommodating. It’s obvious he is promoting the Sandals philosop...hy. At Gordon's, the ambiance and food was delicious. Jada our server was fantastic. The hostess was so accommodating and pleasant Monday evening the 28th of April. The staff in the concierge lounge was always delightful. The food at the other 11 restaurants was very good especially the pizza by the pool. The pools were very clean and awesome. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
