We went here for our Honeymoon in Feb 2025, it was an absolutely magical trip. From the moment we landed at the airport, the Sandals experience was amazing. The lovely air conditioned lounge at the airpor...t was cosy and full of free refreshments. The hotel transfer was not more than 15 mins waiting, then if was a good ride to hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel it was a quick and easy check in, we were made to feel very welcome with a glass of fizz and then showed to our room. Our room was excellently located not too far from the main pool and food places. Very comfortable room and bathroom and it was decorated beautifully for our honeymoon with a bottle of champagne. The food, weather, St Lucian people, staff at the resort were exceptional. I remember not long being there and me and the wife got talking to a man called Eddie, he was so chill and such a delight to talk to. I got involved in a lot of the entertainment activity as the week went on, and really got on with the staff. Special mentions to Cassias on the entertainment staff, he showed us to our room at the beginning, and throughout the stay was very helpful, welcoming, fun, kind and made you feel very inclusive and that nothing was too hard to do for you. And other names to mention were Leana, Desia, Tabika of the entertainment crew. Also one of the managers of the restaurants had exceptional service and charm, she first served us on the first night in Toscano's (The Italian Restaurant). The food also was really delicious across the board, restaurants and buffets. I really liked that you could order food and just take it anywhere to eat, the pool loungers, beach loungers, your room etc. The only slightly disappointing place to eat was the English pub, not the best quality food, but good if you fancy late night snacks. The entertainment each night was high quality, we especially loved the Reggae night on the first night, Invasion Band were excellent. Also thanks to Cassias and the entertainment crew, as I expressed my wife loved the band after hearing them the first night, got them back for the independence day celebrations on the last day, so once again a credit to the resorts reputation! Thank you! We were also so lucky to be in St Lucia and that resort for the St Lucia Independence Day, and we're so grateful to be welcomed and part of the celebrations (despite us being British). I felt so enriched of cultural experience, amazing. I really hope we can come back to visit St Lucia and the Sandals Grande resort for an anniversary or something. It will forever hold a place in our heart for our lovely honeymoon! ?? Also even with something bad happening on our second to last night, a burst water pipe in the wall of the hallway outside our room and the room started to fill up on the floor, it was luckily dealt with quickly and moved into a different room in around 15 mins. It was late in the evening and as my wife has a disability, it did effect us with the stress of it, and they kindly gave us some compensation. Plus these situations in other places/resorts would have not been this quick and could have been waiting in say the lobby for hours before going to a new room, so again I was really grateful for the exceptional service of the resort and Sandals company. I would highly reccomend this resort for so many reasons! So beautiful. Also we did a private tour of the island that included the Sulphur Springs, mud baths etc. We did it through Sandals Tours, amazing guide too.

We came to the Grande for our wedding and it was an amazing experience! The planning team made everything incredibly easy and once we were on-site, Tayo and Fern made sure everything went perfectly. Everyo...ne on site made it easy for our guests as well. We had a butler-level room for our honeymoon as well. Chervon, Keisha, and Kershama all provided us with fantastic service to make our trip even more relaxing. We will be returning again in the future!

My husband and I have traveled the world extensively. Most of the the time the trips are fine. This trip was far beyond fine! It was the best trip we have ever taken. The food was great the amenities were... superb. The staff is what made it extraordinary! Everyone everywhere went out of our way to make sure we were having the trip of our lives. We have already planned 2 more trips. I see us returning yearly. Mary Ann and staff in the gift shop were great. We had a wonderful time joking around with them while they found us exactly what we were looking for! Princess in travel was excellent as well. Bar staff restaurant servers and hosts were also great. I am slightly handicapped but as soon as they saw me they were right there to help carry my drink or buffet plate to our table. My husband was equally impressed. We can’t wait for our next trip. The Sandals Grande St Lucia is as heaven on earth. You can’t go wrong! Enjoy!!

It was a great experience and we went all out with the Butler Service which included private pickup at the airport. We told our Butler what we wanted and the days we wanted things and they handled it, the...y even escorted us to our reservations to ensure we were seated right away. If we had an excursion set up our Butler ensured we had the right paperwork and they escorted us to the pickup site. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food was wonderful and they had a variety to choose from with 12 restaurants. We were always on the go and enjoyed it all, especially our over the water bungalow with a glass floor.

We stayed at Sandals Grande St Lucian mid-March for a week. This was our second time visiting -first time was 5 years ago. The beach is still beautiful! Some of the resort does need an upgrade – esp the... bathrooms and pool area. Still a great resort! Staff is very good. Country night show with Shervon Sealy was by far the best show we have seen at any all-inclusive! We did not do any excursions but did hike the mountain next to the resort. We had a cabana 3 days where we received awesome service from Heather and Daisy. Two staff that absolutely made our vacation were Deasia (Playmaker) and Imran (Bartender). Both always were always lots of fun and went out of their way to put a smile on our face! They are definite assets to this resort and Sandals! Others providing great service were Peter and Tanisha at the pool, Leana, Mauka and Tamika (Playmakers) CJ and Gregory at Gordons and Harish at Bombay. Only complaint we had was we made dinner and cabana reservations as soon as we checked in. Went to cabana first day and all reservations made had been lost! They do not seem to have their reservation systems worked out at this resort like others we have been to. Spent too much of our vacation trying to get this all straightened out!
