I came here for some R&R and a belated bday getaway. CJ at the front desk made my experience memorable. Once I checked into my room I was also greeted by a bday amenity! CJ started my bday experience off t...o an amazing start! Words can’t explain how that made me feel other than super grateful! Everyone there was super friendly and the resort and room were perfect for what I went for. The room was renovated with a view of the Marina. Very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back. Thank you again CJ

We had a mixup for our next reservation at another resort & needed to continue our stay at the Sheraton. Lily , at the front desk, arranged for us to stay another 4 extra days. She was amazing, kind & pati...ent and did all our changes in our reservations. Thank you Lily- and the Sheraton. Canadians

Beautiful hotel with renovated rooms and views of the marina and downtown. Excellent breakfast options at Rumorosa. Only downside is $50 daily for self-parking. Close proximity to downtown and the airport.... Friendly, professional staff.

I became ill during my visit and really needed hot tea. I asked the front desk where I could get hot water to make tea and they sent a tea pot to my room. Amazing customer service. Nice place, clean r...ooms. It’s near the airport so expected noise. Loved the balcony.

I stayed at this hotel for a second time in March 2025, for a conference in the Point Loma area. We usually stay in downtown San Diego, but needed a nice option closer to this area of the city. My team a...nd I were attending a conference and decided to stay here again because we had a good experience when we stayed previously in October 2024. The rooms in the main hotel have been nicely renovated - there is a second hotel about 5-10 minutes away that has older rooms. Overall, this was a decent stay. Our biggest challenge was booking the rooms and then check-in. Our rooms weren’t ready by the 4pm check-in time and some of our team were given downgraded rooms since their original ones weren’t clean. I would stay here again if I was traveling on my own and didn’t need to book for a big group - this is where we experienced most of the challenges during our stay.
