Hotel OK, garage expensive, and don't give back deposit

The Hotel was OK, but the charge for the garage is very expensive per night, and in the check-in the make a charge for a "deposit" and an additional Facility fee, that in the check-out they told me that will charge back the deposit in 1-5 days, and it is more than a week and they don't give me the money back. The rooms need some noise insulation from the street, because even on the fourth floor you could hear everything from the street and it didn't allow you to sleep well.

Excellent location near to lots of places to eat and visit, worth exploring the local area. It was our first stop on a world trip, and not a happy initial introduction, they insisted that we had not paid all the charges even though it said on our papers that we had. Room was comfortable.
