Excellent location in Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for exploring San Francisco. Rooms are clean and spacious, though the bathrooms are cramped and my shower was pretty poor. Long queue at check in. Very busy breakfast area. Helpful staff. Bare minimum gym, and I still have no idea where the pool is despite a whole week spent in the hotel!! The great mystery of the trip.

This was a lovely vibrant hotel. The entrance is off the beaten path. You are immediately greeted by a bellman. The wait to check in was a bit long, but they moved through pretty quickly. They do charge you a resort fee which seems to be standard in the area, although very frustrating as it standard hotel amenities. The room is fresh and inviting. The breakfast was fantastic, the internet was fast, and the checkout was seamless.
