I'm sitting on the plane flying home & I have all these reflections flooding through my brain when I really should be asleep. I have not eaten any processed food for the entiriety of my stay & I've tried food & drink that I would never have dreamed of eating. Couple this with plenty of options for exercise and a fair sprinkling of camaraderie and this is a great receipe for success. And the cherry (non processed, of course) on the cake is the staff. Their friendliness is completely genuine and not forced. How we could do with some of that relaxed profesionalism in our phrenetic lives back home. Bless you Body Holiday & Stolen Time. Our initial impression was not so good. Had arranged for the helicopter to take us from the airport to the airfield closer to the hotel. Waited one and half hours for this luxury service. Would have been much easier to get the taxi and a lot cheaper. Room was not great, very shabby, could not sleep and the aircon sounded like a fighter jet. Complained the next morning and they changed the room. Inconvenient. Once we were settled in the whole place was wonderful. Food (mostly) the treaments, the copius amounts of activites including water skiing. Most importantly, the team are incredible.Big shout out to Brittany and Keagon.

The BodyHoliday is the most relaxing and restful place to vacation. All the restaurants are excellent, particularly Tao,and Carblue Windows. The food is expertly prepared and delicious to eat. The variety of selections is fantastic. The daily inclusive treatments are fabulous and relaxing, particularly the Lucian Ginger & Lime Scrub, the Aloe Vera Body Wrap, the Aromastones Massage, and living Facial. All the therapies are very attentive and well-prepared. All the staff are wonderfully friendly, attentive, and a joy.

Comfortable beds, excellent customer service, beautiful views, and wonderful spa services. I even learned archery. So there is a wide array of interests. You can do as much or as little as you want. I also liked the fact that I could just unplug everything and really focus on self care and self reflection. I will definitely be back!

I visited for my birthday with one of my closest friends, and this was the first time I completely disconnected from work—thanks to the flawless experience provided by the team. Every Body Guard (fitness trainer) was exceptional, but I want to give a special shout-out to Donna, a former staff member who returned as a special guest after serving in the Military. Her Military Boot Camp at 7:00 am was a highlight of my trip—Donna is an amazing woman! Another Bodyguard to mention was Merkell who was an absolute standout. We attended many of his classes, and his infectious energy, combined with his ever-present smile, made every workout not just enjoyable but inspiring. He truly embodies the spirit of BodyHoliday—making fitness both fun and fulfilling, with a genuine personality. With an 86% return rate, it’s easy to see why BodyHoliday has become a must-do for so many. After experiencing such an unforgettable stay, my friend and I decided decided to make this an annual tradition. Words can’t fully capture how grateful and impressed I am by the entire experience. If you’re seeking a destination where you can relax, recharge, and be treated like royalty, look no further.
