Initially the room allocated to us was dated but when we complained, we were moved to a much better room . Other than that, everything was amazing - the staff, the food and the facilities. We had a great t...ime and would highly recommend the resort.

Spring Break at the Windjammer Landing will be tough to beat!

200ginnyp (Birmingham, Alabama) on Mar 27, 2025

It’s hard to decide where to begin, the warm welcome and inviting staff once you arrive, the beautiful beach side scene with tons of activities, or the amazing villas - we stayed in an Ocean Point Residenc...e and it was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Absolutely beautiful. Our butlers, Nage and Marcus were always ready to help in any way. I will miss them we when leave tomorrow bc I have never had service like them - constantly helping and making our experience better by making sure kids were where they needed to be and we were happy. Breakfast every morning is a treat: from omelette and crepes to the large assortment of juices and fresh fruit. The activities are so fun - waterskiing, sailing, paddle boarding, and the various places to go in the water such as the water trampoline or the hammocks. We took a boat transfer from the airport which I heard was maybe better than the hotel transfer via van. We did a full day catamaran sail to Sugar Beach and the Pitons and I was glad we went with the Windjammer resort to stay. Our boys went fishing today and caught mahi mahi which the restaurant cooked and prepared for us and brought to our villa for a delicious meal. Most importantly, it was my friends birthday and our sweet housekeeper decorated our villa with rose petals, balloons, desserts, etc. it was so special and sweet. I cannot recommend this resort enough and hope to return soon!

Very Relaxing

Eudora J on Mar 22, 2025

This was my second time visiting St. Lucia but my first stay at Windjammer Landing. The resort is absolutely beautiful! The pictures on the website does not do it any justice. The view from our villa was b...reathtaking. The staff are some of nicest people I have ever met (and I have been to a number of islands in the Caribbean). From the warm welcome you get when you are checking in to the "Good Morning" from each person you walk by just made my stay a great one. Our Ambassador was Rohan and boyyyyy he was amazing!! Rohan checked on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed or answered any questions we had regarding the resort. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He provided suggestions for town and other activities we wanted to do outside of the resort as well. Two of our favorite shuttle drivers were Niles and Jimmy (I think I even made him smile). All the shuttle drivers are polite and accommodating. With all of the narrow roads and hills to navigate, they drive those shuttles like true pros! Jammers is one of the restaurants on the property and was our go to spot for lunch! The pools are well kept and big enough for everyone to have fun. However the chairs along the pool go pretty quick because folks claim them by leaving a towel or something on it. That wasn't a big deal to me as we just sat at a round table near the bar. At night, there is not much going on at the property. Sometimes resorts would have an all white party or a themed event but Windjammer is more of a relax and chill place. Thank you to all of the staff. They are the ones that make it all worthwhile. Also, i would be remissed if I did not mention Lisa ans Cynara!!! My two fav gals??. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back!

Wonderful Holiday in Upscale Resort

yolandeb909 (Palm Springs, California) on Mar 21, 2025

My husband and I sent a glorious 10 days at the Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences. We opted for the all-inclusive package. It is also children friendly. Our room was large, modern, and the bed was v...ery comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. Our housekeeper Ginny was wonderful and came every day. The report is on a hill and you can walk to the main area of the resort or dial “0” and have a shuttle service within seconds. The resort itself is well maintained and beautiful. We had an “ambassador” assigned to us to help with any of our concerns or to make any reservations. Our ambassador was Rohan and he was WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY. By the way, it is Canadian owned. The beach was clean, glorious, and well stocked with many beautiful lounge chairs and umbrellas. The beach staff was friendly and brought drinks and food in an efficient and professional manner. The beach has two bars as well. There were pla Entry of chair covers and towels. The resort has two local vendors who are friendly and not pushy. It has a jewelry store and a mini mart. They also have a tours office where you can book various Island tours. The pool area is beautiful, clean, and busy. A lot of the children enjoyed this area. It is also where some activities took place. The restaurants were delicious and they were 5 of them. UPPER DECK offered the best steak I have ever had. JAMMERS had the best oxtail I have ever had. PAPA DON had the best sea bass. DRAGONFLY grat seafood especially the red snapper and held a Carribean night that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. EMBERS was more casual but the food was just as good. The staff at the restaurant was very professional and the cocktails and wine were yummy. You need to St. Lucia as the people are the happiest We have ever met. Outside the resort, the merchants are not pushy. The weather was perfect and warm. The Island’s Pitons was well worth it. We took a private day tour with MORE THAN A CAB and that was absolutely worth it. Also took a Pitons Sunset Tour which was wonderful. The vacation was memorable and enjoyable. Cam and Yoli

Overall great family vacation

Sagetravel23 (Merrimack, New Hampshire) on Mar 20, 2025

My family and I stayed here the last week of February and had a great experience, with a few small hiccups. Our room (302A) was beautiful and clean, with a good amount of space for a family of 3. We had a... great view of the resort and the ocean. On day 3, they started construction outside of our balcony but we were out and about almost all day so it didn't impact us. Housekeeping was great. We only had to walk down a small hill to get to all the amenities and didn't have to rely on a shuttle. However, when we did use a shuttle we saw how talented the drivers are! Navigating those hills is not for the faint of heart, but we learned that a lot of drivers have been there for 7+ years. The spa is phenomenal and we visited it twice during our stay. Highly recommend! The beach is lovely and we didn't have a problem with finding beach chairs, although we did hear that two grown men got into a fight over chairs during our stay. We had zero problems. It should be noted that there is a roped-off swim area that includes floats, a trampoline, and a slide. The other area is prone to sea urchins and not really swimmable. We never felt crowded in the water at all though. Take advantage of some of the beach activities offered during the day! Sanjay was super friendly and got our family to try out some fun things like darts, soccer, and giant Jenga. The food was good, but nothing memorable, except for the steakhouse. We all had dinners there that were delicious, and we have to thank Frances for her warmth and graciousness and Edwin who waited on us several times. It was a pleasure getting to know him as he expertly served us. The cocktails offered everywhere were amazing, and Zedan at the beach bar was incredibly friendly and remembered our names each time we saw him. He definitely went above and beyond. We had read reviews before we arrived on vacation, and I saw that some people were getting sick. I bought some Travelan meds and we took them before every meal. None of my family got sick, and I have no idea if it was luck or taking the meds. I was a little disappointed in the lack of music during the day, and the extremely chill vibe in the evening. While the dinner time piano or sax players were talented, it was just really quiet in the evening. It would've been great to have trivia or an earlier DJ (I was too exhausted from our daytime activities to stay up until 10:30 to ever hear a DJ). I can't tell you how many times I heard a Michael Bolton song playing in the beachside bathroom, that I started to wonder if that's what they think we want to hear. It isn't! It would've been great to hear some reggae or something. Make sure you take advantage of all the water activities offered at the Windjammer! We snorkeled, tubed, paddle boarded, and kayaked every day! Everyone at the water activities booth was friendly and helpful, but we have to give an extra thanks to Mario! He took our family on a Hobie Cat sail and we had such a great visit with him. I am so grateful we had that experience on our vacation. St. Lucia is beautiful and it was our first trip to the island. We are really glad we stayed at the Windjammer and had a great time!
