Excellent stay

The hotel was great. Very clean and the staff was by far the most friendly of any hotel I have every stayed at, as I would say it they went the extra mile. Nataliegh at the front desk was extremely helpful... answering questions about the hotel, helping me troubleshoot my keycards, resolving a billing issue ,etc. I saw Nataliegh every day during my stay and was always greeted with a warm smile. It seemed to me she was working any time of the day or night I came in and out of the hotel. I even asked her if she ever takes time off and her reply “nope and I love it”. The bartenders at the pool area and inside were great always eager to engage in conversation. The housekeepers were great, the folks working the valet parking were very helpful always asking about my day and genuinely showing an interest in conversation. On my last day I needed a bit more time to leave my room. Jocelin was very accommodating to my request. A very pleasant stay.

We stayed in this hotel with two grandkids. I want to recognize the customer service, which is probably the best customer service ever. We arrived at 6 AM in the morning and kids were exhausted. On the way... to the hotel, I called and I asked if there is any possibility to check us in immediately, and they did their best and they did check in us when we arrived to the hotel. They gave us the highest floor was the best view. This hotel is located at one block from the beautiful white sand beach and we were able to walk to the beach in our bathing suits. Very convenient location, good restaurants around. Great nice walk to Pier 60. Hope to be back.
