Beaches Turks & Caicos is a multi-faceted fantasy world, where pastel pink bungalows are nestled in tropical gardens resplendent with graceful palms. Fantastic family vacation at Beaches Key West Village in Turks & Caicos! Beautiful manicured gardens with so many fun activities for all ages. Loved all the pools & especially the water park with Mac & cheese truck for grandkids. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in all the different villages. Gorgeous beach with water sports to enjoy. Special thanks to Sheldon at Key West concierge who made my vacation dream come true. Lovely Linda in KWV who gave our little ones so much attention. Nancy with the awesome smile at Barefoot in the Sand gave us great service. Kudos to Bethany at the activity desk & Hutka in Caribbean lobby were very helpful too! Trip of a lifetime!!
NOT WORTH THE MONEY! OUT OF STOCK ON EVERYTHING

BOTTOM LINE, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. WE HAVE BEEN TO A BUNCH OF RESORTS FOR HALF THE PRICE OF THIS ONE AND HAVE HAD WAY BETTER EXPERIENCES. Stayed 11/9 - 11/14, this was a bucket list trip for us and booked over a year ago and walked away completely underwhelmed. I have never been anywhere they run out of pretty much EVERYTHING. We made friends with several families and it was a running joke between everyone about how the resort was out of everything. Every day the bars ran out of premium liquors before lunch so all drinks were made with bottom shelf liquors. We were promised they had Miller Lite, Coors Light, Bud Light and not one day did they have ANY of those beers available anywhere, including Cricketers. Cricketers even ran out of Turks Head Light both nights we went there so we left because I don't drink Turks Head Lager and that was the only beer available. Also, that was pretty much the only bar open later on at night so having only one beer was a gigantic letdown. They ran out of 3 of 5 ice cream flavors at the ice cream truck. They were out of a bunch of drinks at the children's swim up bar. We don't eat seafood so planned our meals around non-seafood options, only for those restaurants to be out of them. Saturday at Arizonas (6pm) there was no T-bones only Ribeye, which is a cheaper fatty meat used in cheesesteaks. Sunday night they didn't have Prime Rib at Bayside. The service here is the worst service I have ever had and we have been to at least 15 all inclusives. Most restaurants served you initial drinks then never came back for a refill, even the restaurants that took an hour to get your food to you. The beach is beautiful, the rooms and grounds are excellent, the food this is actually available is good and the waterpark was a lot of fun. Bartenders at Italian Pool bar were nice and very apologetic that they were out of everything, I honestly feel bad for them. We weren't rude but some other people were and that is unfortunate. I understand the frustration, alot of people we spoke to were frustrated with their vacations but it is not the fault of the staff. Again, bottom line, this vacation was significantly more than any other vacation we have been on and we felt like we definitely did not get what we paid for. We have been to Dreams properties, Riu properties, Seacrets properties, a few other AMR resorts and the Atlantis and spent way less money and got way better experience.
