Unfortunately we had roaches in our room. We stayed at the Italian vilas with ocean view. There was also a sewage leakage in another unit. Unfortunately there was chaos for the three nights we stayed. For the hefty price we payed we did not expect roaches and the staff is well trained to smile and offered to change rooms but with the hassle of only being there for three nights and the price tagged attached it was not worth the expense. Unfortunately the resort did not reachout out or respond.

If you happen to go to Mario’s and get the server named Jhavon you will have the best experience! I have been to eight Sandals resorts and his service was by far the best I have had at any resort! Make him a Butler he would be excellent!!!!!!!!!!!
