Listen to complains! Ot cannot be to read many complains about safety, AC, Comfort but obviously they always make the same mistakes! In the old building there is no WiFi, the AC is not working, Rooftop Fan... not working, electrical sockets hanging out of the wall whocg can cause to death, especially kids dont knkw the risk!!!!! There are maybe good points here in the resort, but this os because of above mentioned issues not important at all! Also there is no possibility to reach the Lobby to complain, except you start walking for 15-30 minutes in the darkness to reach the Lobby! I wish i can give 0 Stars!

Horrible worst hotel I’ve been to in Honduras people are rude and disrespectful the rooms are dirty and smell humid food is not worth it neither is the bar drinks are horrible over all not worth it just do...n’t come here that’s all I have to say not worth your money

We spent a Friday and Saturday in October there . The stress of Covid has affected everyone and it was nice to get away. The hotel has a fun decor and both the children ( aged 1 to 16) and the adults had a... great time. The pools, the little golf course, the pool table, the entertainment was amazing and the food was so good with lots of choices at the COVID protected buffet! Lots of seafood every night and the morning omelet station became a fast favorite. If you are looking for a retreat for your family or your business this is the best place in Honduras: out of the way, quiet and yet fun!

Worst resort ever. Don't stay here. Want money for everything. Valet is pushed. Can't use a cart to move luggage or groceries. Must tip to have bellboy use cart. Pay $70 for non security watched parking. P...ool attendent is harrasing and rude. Can't wait to leave tomorrow. Good riddance.

This resort WAY outside of LaCeiba is beautiful as you walk in....the grounds, pools, common areas, etc. However, our room had many issues: no hot water, hair dresser hanging off the wall from the wires,... shower handle broken off. Maintenance guy was very good and helped as much as possible. The food was "average" at best, and the drinks were the WORST I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. One of the restaurant managers was extremely rude, although most other employees were excellent! Overall, it's okay for the price depending on what you're looking for.
