Our stay didn't start off too well as our room was situated directly above the nightclub which was very loud. I guess that staff are used to this and to their credit were extremely understanding and helpfu...l, allowing us to move room to a much quieter part of the hotel after the first night. The staff here really are an asset to the hotel as they are friendly and very professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at The Ruby next door was really good, with a nice variety of food. It's location convenient, as it's only a short walk to the harbor and there are plenty of shops and good places to eat nearby.

The hotel is centrally located, close to so many shops and diverse restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, great water water pressure for the shower and beds were comfortable. The staff were exceptionally... friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff, comfy bed, very clean room. I loved that I could open the windows and they provided a kettle! Great location close to downtown and Chinatown, both just a quick walk. O...nly downside is the cost of parking and no breakfast provided.

The stay here is awesome! Room is nice, updated, clean and has all amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the new text communication to ask about service or if there is anything we nee...d. The location is so perfect for downtown Victoria tourist spots and historic sights - everything was walking distance! Did not have to use car for 3 days we were there. We will stay here again for sure. It’s great value for money.

Great location, comfortable room and top notch service. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here on any future trips to Victoria. The location is within easy walking distance of ...the harbour, Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town and much more.
