WestJet Connect is our free inflight service that gives your smartphone, tablet or laptop access to entertainment on demand, flight information, and Wi-Fi for a fee. 

To see the inflight services are available on your flight, you can look up your flight on the WestJet Flight Guide within 72 hours of departure. 

WestJet Wi-Fi Presented by TELUS is our newly launched partnership to bring free, high-speed internet to all WestJet Rewards members. You can use it to download your favourite streaming apps so you can watch movies and TV shows during your flight, catch up on work, or stay in touch with friends and family.

We are in the process of rolling out free WestJet Wi-Fi for the majority of our fleet. Until then, we will still support Wi-Fi via WestJet Connect, which requires guests to pay for access. We appreciate your patience as we continue to introduce new features.   

Depending on availability, guests can access one of our inflight networks on most flights — either WestJet Wi-Fi or WestJet Connect. To learn more about each of these inflight networks and how to connect to each, visit the WestJet Connect and WestJet Wi-Fi help pages. 

If your flight supports WestJet Connect, you can use your phone, tablet or laptop to access complimentary entertainment and flight information as well as access the internet.  

If your flight is on board a 787 Dreamliner aircraft, you can also enjoy WestJet Connect on the seatback screens.

• Wi-Fi for a fee 

WestJet selects content with all our guests in mind. We place content advisories and synopses on all our films and TV shows to empower you to make choices suitable for you and your family. After you click on the movie/TV thumbnail you will see the synopsis and content advisory information located underneath the media player.
