Vacations Bookings

To find your vacation, please have your seven-digit booking number (e.g. 1234567) and departure date handy to enter in the form below. Your booking number is located in the confirmation email we sent you.

Please note you will need to contact WestJet Vacations if you have started your journey and are on your way or have arrived at your vacation destination.

If you cancel your booking, the air portion will be refunded to original form of payment. The land portion will be returned as WestJet dollars with a one-year expiry date from the date of cancellation. Please note when you cancel online you will receive a message that indicates the cancellation is a full loss of funds, however, the funds will be returned as outlined above. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.

If you booked through a Travel Agent (online or directly), Corporate Travel arranger, or another airline, please contact them directly.

If you booked directly with WestJet, please contact us to change your booking.

Select your seat

Window, middle or aisle?
You now have the option to select a seat for a fee.1

To select your seat, please have your six-character reservation code (e.g. ABCDEF) handy and click "select your seat" below where you’ll be taken to our Manage trips form. Your reservation code is located in your Vacations itinerary e-docs and can be accessed through the View vacations itinerary form above.

Once you’ve selected a seat, remember to print a copy of your receipt.

How To Cancel Your WestJet Vacations Booking

Use the find your vacation tool above to cancel your vacation. If you booked your vacation through a travel agent, you may be eligible to cancel your trip online or contact your travel agent directly. When completing the cancellation request, all packages and guests on the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation fees may apply. Please review the cancellation terms and conditions. Due to system limitations, there are scenarios where cancellation fees will display; however, they may be waived when the refund is processed in the below 

  • Cancelations made within the first 24 hours after making a booking.  
  • Cancelations made outside 45 days and the booking includes a Premium or Business cabin flight segment. 
  • The Travel Protection Plan was purchased, the booking is eligible for a partial refund to original form of payment or WestJet dollars. 
  • WestJet has enacted a travel advisory that is applicable to your itinerary.

Once the cancellation is submitted online, it may take up to 30 days to process a refund, if applicable.

Vacations With Travel Protection Plan

Mexico and Caribbean Destinations – Cancel your booking within:

  • 21+ days before departure for a full refund* to original form of payment.
  • 20-3 days before departure will result in a full refund* to WestJet dollars.
  • 2-0 days before departure: a 100% cancellation fee/full forfeit is applicable.

Canada and USA Destinations - Cancel your booking within:

  • 21+ days before departure for a full refund* to original form of payment.
  • 20-7 days before departure will result in a full refund* to WestJet dollars.
  • 6-0 days before departure: a 100% cancellation fee/full forfeit is applicable.

*The purchase price of the Travel Protection Plan is non-refundable
