Estate claims – WestJet Rewards Accounts

We understand how challenging times of loss can be, and we want to support you in any way we can. If you are a named beneficiary of the estate, we have made it simple for you to request the transfer of the late member’s WestJet points to your WestJet Rewards account.

For balances of 10,000 points or less, simply complete the form below and click submit. For balances over 10,000 points, please fill out the form and provide the following documents for the late member:

a scanned copy of the late member's death certificate and;
a scanned copy of the section of the will that names the beneficiary.

Please know that we will process all requests as quickly as possible; however, additional time may be needed if we need to confirm any details.
