Great staff, felt so welcomed and safe!!! Beach area was the best of the strip. All the restaurants were great and wait staff phenomenal!!! Only bad point was all the frowns unhappy looking Casino staff...! Beach and pool bartenders were great in remembering their people and what they like day to day. Very nice in sharing information about their island . The First club staff. Margaret, Daniel and Angela were the best. German and Ralph the beach waiters were great, and Samuel at the Mexican restaurant was amazing

This was our third trip to the Barceló. We love the beauty of the resort and gorgeous beach! I was saddened, however, that the quality of food in some restaurants and overall cleanliness of rooms wasn’t at... the level I remembered on past visits.
