I'm only going to address the key issues. For starters, I can't stand when conducting business for someone to look me straight in the face and lie. The front desk is all smiles and no delivery. I asked for a wake up call, it didn't happen. They offered a slice of birthday cake and champagne, it didn't happen. The fire alarm had some sort of malfunction and was going off all night straight into the early morning. I asked for a refund for that night, it didn't happen. The front desk looked me in the face and told me the manager was "investigating" the situation. What's to investigate? 3 days later they never addressed that. Watch out for those service fees. Everything you order, buy has an added cost. Doesn't matter if you go pick up the food from the bar, or market you will be charged an extra fee. The bottled water is also tap water. It is not complimentary nor do they keep the water pitcher out all day. In that 100 plus degree weather it makes zero sense to put it away. Our room was reserved for 3 guest and was booked 3rd party so we didn't realize only 2 people eat complimentary breakfast. Why wouldn't a hotel feed ALL of its guests. Essentially, I got the feeling this property is owned by someone who is penny pinching and lacks hospitality experience.

Zully was an excellent server. She exceeded all expectations! We went back to the restaurant multiple times due to her attention to our needs. She was the highlight of our dining experience. We were always greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude!
