What a great resort! It exceeded our expectations at every turn. The rooms were immaculate and perfectly maintained. The property was beautiful and impeccably cared for. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner were perfect. The most impressive thing overall was the staff, each and every team member demonstrated caring and concern in every encounter. Ken, Chef Felipe, GM Sean, Barrie, Danny G, Allan all the waiters and waitresses always ready with a warm, sincere greeting made every day special. If you like feeling welcome and special visit this incredible resort.

This trip was amazing! The staffffff made it that way, from Jose, Jhouse, Allan, Celesse, Kevin, Guianna, Nadine, but most of all, Ken Young, the Manager!!! It rained two days , but the staffff made it fun!! We really never had to leave the island!

Margaritaville, Belize has THE MOST AMAZING AND ACCOMMODATING STAFF!! It’s an adventure getting here and worth every minute of it!! Too many staff to name because they are all wonderful!! You HAVE to get a massage. Worth. Every. Penny. THANK YOU ALL! For a wonderful time during tropical storm Sara!!

This was the most amazing trip. This being our first time to Belize, we didn't know what to fully expect. We were looking for a peaceful getaway but we got so much more. This resort is very remote and just what we were looking for. The property is beautiful, the rooms are great, and the staff is amazing. The first night we arrived there was a bad storm. The staff was so attentive making sure we felt comfortable and safe. The food at the resort is great, whether you are looking for a cheeseburger, seafood or a true Belizean dinner, they did not disappoint!! The waters here are crystal clear. We loved the special touch of having the chairs off the pier so we could sit out over the ocean. It was absolutely stunning. Every single staff member was so kind and caring. We made a life long friend in one of the managers, Ken, his laugh and his beautiful spirit are infectious, If you ever get the chance to meet him, you will never forget him. We would take this trip over and over again. Thank you Shawn and staff for taking such great care of us, Until next time........

The location, staff, amenities, food, excursions, entertainment, transportation, recreations, spa and pools were 10 out of 10. The accommodations were the best on the island. We will certainly return to see Kenroy and his staff every year.
