It took a day and a half plus multiple visits to the front office to get a room key that worked. We had to go to the office to get someone to let us into our room. Our in room phone never worked, there was loud construction going on during our entire stay and the housekeeper left our room door open one day. They did give us some drink cards but it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. They wanted 80 dollars for a shuttle from the airport (20$ x 4 people) when a taxi was only 20$.

A/C only in bedroom. It's 100 degrees everywhere else in the condo. You are literally trapped in the bedroom if you are not outside. Ocean access is not good. Water shoes a must. Restaurants were good. Staff super friendly. $45 for breakfast. I wouldn't go back. First time ever to do a review. I'm not hard to please, normally.

I have been going here for four years. The place is still great. My only COMPLANT is that the parking was limited, and many people would take up two spaces. The resort did nothing to enforce this. Other than that, everything was great. Will be back next year.

We stayed at Delfins for eight nights and had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and clean. The best part was that they have a Dive Friends shop on property which made it very convenient to exchange tanks, dunk gear, and store gear. They even have a rinse station right by the dock which is a great dive site with healthy coral not too far away. The small Dive Friends store on property also has wagons we used to haul gear. Breakfast was good but lunch/dinner at the two beach restaurants weren’t much to my liking. My other minor gripe is that the toilet in our suite was in the shower, so the toilet and floor get wet. However, they do have a squeegee that helps it dry faster. Bring bug spray because the mosquitoes around Bonaire are vicious. Other than that, the staff was super accommodating and the grounds were wonderful. We will be back, maybe try out an apartment next time. Highly recommend.

We decided to do the ABC islands and started with Bonaire , Delphins resort with diving added , check in was slick but getting to room was a bit vague and after being sent on a hike by gate man who sent me completely wrong way we were in , resort lovely but let down by the expat kids working their summers getting served in beach bar was at best eventually which really became disappointing and frustrating to the point we gave up most times and went to room , should not have to struggle to spend money ??????? a good hotel could be great with a little more attention to customer service , you could see the most of the service staff were going through motions. Until they could get off work and party . Accommodation location and overall experience was good service 3/10 which disappointed and could so easily be fixed . Diving was top class and most professional operation I have used world wide
