Absolutely amazing stay

This hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at. From the second I arrived the customer service was absolutely amazing. I arrived early and didn’t have to wait to long for my room to be ready. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area and things to do in the area and the best times to do them. The room I chose was one I will chose everytime I stay with them in the future. The corner king suite with a sofa bed. Amazing view of downtown Calgary and the view at night is just beautiful. My room included access to the 24/7 pantry which is as regularly stocked and had a great view of the river.

This is a very lovely hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Hotel room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Only complaint is it could have been cleaner. There was long hair on the bathroom wall that was there when we checked in and there when they cleaned the room during our stay. Plus the cleaning staff didn’t give us clean towels. Top marks to the front desk staff for getting us into our room as we arrived very early and also giving us a late checkout. I understand these are Marriott perks we have but still it is appreciated. Staff was very friendly.
