Chef Kyjuan did a great job

We are staying at the Bahia Mar. We ate at Breezes in the hotel tonight where Chef Kyjuan was working and the food was delicious. Highly recommend coming in and giving his cooking a try. I had the burger and my friend had the chicken sandwich both were large and delish!

The hotel may have much to be desired, but the staff is what really made our stay. Julie, Oscar, and Janet at Breezes were amazing! On the Fourth of July they were so short staffed and so crowded but these three, along with Craig, and the chef and expediter at the kitchen worked so hard and seamlessly together to give everyone the best service they possibly could without any complaints. They provided top-notch service and complete professionalism! We were also very impressed with Chef KyJuan. He prepared an amazing steak dinner for us on our last night there and even came out of the kitchen to check and see how our meal was. He is a shining star, still going through culinary school, but I already see an amazing future for him! Hopefully Hilton can help with his future schooling. Not only is he a great chef, but a great person too!!
