Fantastic Experience!

Room was clean and modern. Bedding, mattress and pillows - first rate. Room was relaxing and quiet. Lobby area and atmosphere very inviting and bustling. Drinks were very good at the bar with prompt, att...entive service. Staff and conference food outstanding. Well done to all!

The service was good, the hotel is overall nice. Bathrooms were not as clean as I would have hoped, there was dust in the corners of the bathroom. We did receive have housekeeping on all three days of our ...stay. Bedroom was missing full-length mirror - not ideal as we were attending a conference. We were told we were getting a harbour view room and we did not. The room was double booked, the other guests walked in while I was in the bathroom. The reception recognized that it was a technical issue and (when we asked for it) comped us one of our nights, which was very nice of them and we appreciated that.
