Great hotel in a really good location. We are a family of 6 adults from Australia who hired a two bedroom ocean view apartment. The apartment itself is really large with plenty of room. Lovely balcony to take in the amazing views. Immaculately clean with everything you would need. The beds are firm but very comfortable we have all said we slept very well. The sofa bed is a full queen and quite comfortable. All the staff have been amazing and very lovely and helpful. They were able to provide us with an early checkin which we really appreciated after the long flight. Have also advised they can store luggage for us on checkout day. Highly recommend this hotel.
We love it!

Room was spacious and view was breathtaking! Love the sunset view from our bed! We got the penthouse! Staff was friendly and attentive! We Staycation for Halloween weekend and it's so convenient for restaurant and and the event. We just walk to the streets and it was so festive! We will do it again!
Great waterfront hotel with excellent view.

Suite is quite roomy, and the view (seeing most of the Waikiki beach) is excellent. There is no problem getting up/down the tower with 4 elevators. Staffs at front desks and valet are very helpful. We have a wonderful time and the noise didn't bother us at the higher levels.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room had the best view of Waikiki beach. The staff and service was one of the best we have had. Reception provided us a wonderful welcome. Valet, luggage, front desk all were very helpful every time. The suite had all the amenities for our stay.
Great Family-Friendly Stay with Stunning Views, but Room Facilities Could Use an Update

The hotel is an excellent choice for family trips, especially for those traveling with young children and seniors. The views from the higher floors are impressive (I stayed on the 22nd floor). The staff is welcoming, and valet parking is theoretically free, which is a great benefit given the hotel's prime location near Waikiki Beach. The beach is easily accessible, just across the street. The kitchen is well-equipped with nearly everything you might need, including a rice cooker and even six complimentary cans of juice! However, some aspects of the room facilities are outdated, such as the air conditioning and bathroom fixtures. Additionally, the walls are not very soundproof, which can be an issue with noise.
