A vacation is only as good as your support. It takes a village. I’ve worked in the hotel industry and know what it is to work behind the scenes. Josefina Santiago made our stay fantastic. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Wakiki Beach. This vacation was WAY overdue!

What a great place to stay! I opened up a Hilton Honors American Express card not knowing that they were going to be such a great place to reside. We were looking for a hotel and I called my card and directed us here!wow did they really took care of us. EVERYONE there.The front desk reception Amanda was amazing! Talk about customer service she nailed it! We will return and we will always speak highly of this place we had a wonderful stay and we just want to say thank you so much:)

This is our new favorite place to stay in Waikiki. We visit a couple times a year and the Hilton Garden Inn was perfect. Super easy check in, great staff, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It’s a block from the beach. We loved using our Diamond member food and beverage credit at the little restaurant downstairs and at the poolside bar. The pool was small, but it was clean and refreshing. Probably one of our favorite pool areas.

Walking distance to so much, the beach, the zoo, tons of diverse shopping (high end and also things like Target/Ross/ABC stores of course), hiking, food. Great location, nice/helpful staff. Berna F is wonderful and very friendly. Really enjoyed the pool area too.

Josie helped me clean my shoes. walked me to the cleaning sink and made sure I had everything. she’s awesome. made my stay the best. I will stay here next time for sure. Very clean and great service from all the staff. The pool bar is very nice and clean
