Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

A brilliant recovery.

Our initial room assignment was on floor 2 facing a dilapidated apartment building on an alley. I can't imagine anyone being satisfied with such a room unless it was deeply discounted. However, when I went back to registration, the woman at the desk checked with her supervisor, and reassigned us to a very nice upper floor room with an ocean view where we enjoyed our 2 week stay. Everything else on our stay was exceptional at this hotel, and we will definitely come back to the Hyatt Place on our next trip to Hawaii.
Average but wouldn’t recommend

Not really worth the price to be honest. Little run down. Parking $55 a day. Breakfast is okay, at least it’s free? If this is the cheapest option for you it’s not bad but I expected a lot more! My recommendation would be to not stay in Honolulu in general after staying here 9 days. Or just stay a couple and then go to another island. Would rather stay somewhere else which is def what we’ll do if we ever come back one day.
