The Mandalay Bay has become a run of the mill hotel. Half the technology did not work Properly, I.e. irons,telephone , Direct ordering of room service…TV remote Not enough staff. Things have changed. It u...sed to be one of my favorites. You could tell the hotel was way understaffed with response times the highlight. I’m a seasoned traveler and stay at MARRIOTT and stayed at Mandalay before this was probably the most memorable Disappointment that I have had.

I always enjoy my time at Mandalay Bay casino. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name :) The cocktai waitresses on the casino floor are so hard-working and such friendly girls. I appreciat...e that the casino is large and that the machines are not crowded together. It's very easy to grab something to eat here no matter what time dare night. All of the hotel and casino staff are very friendly. Mandalay Bay is generally my go to when I visit Las Vegas which is fairly frequently. The rooms are nice you won't be disappointed.
