Worst experience we have ever had here and wasnt just one, it was multiple issues during our stay. And make sure to look at your totals when ordering food at the eatery because they add their own tips at the end. We actually caught it when we ate at the pizza place they have there.
Hair in the Room.

There was hair in the bathroom, on the pillows, and in the bed. That is unacceptable arriving anywhere you paid to stay somewhere, especially at a prestigious hotel such as the Park MGM. A hotel who holds high regards for their rooms for the people that come to stay there.
Wonderful stay at the Park MGM to watch Bruno Mars!

We had a large group of 40+ stay at the Park MGM to watch Bruno Mars. It was fabulous. Tiffany Edwards, Sr. Front Services Manager was so nice and helpful to find a place to accommodate our large group for a preparty gathering in the Mama Rabbit Bar. Thank you Tiffany! Thank you to Bar staff Joey, Ebony and Freddy too.

Stayed to see a Bruno Mars show that was at Dolby Live. Dolby is at the first level of the hotel. This was convenient. However, the internet speed was terrible; I heard my neighbors’ conversation next door; there were no toiletries in the room; and the towels were rough. Staff was lovely but would not recommend the stay.

wonderful casino' smoke free! I am so allergic to smoke, it was a pleasure and having Eataly is a plus, totally loved the the ambiance, lots of areas to rest , fun machines,next time I am hoping to see a show there!
