Nice big clean room, no frig or microwave but bed was comfortable and bath soap and shampoo plus conditioner were decent quality. Close to many casinos so walking around was not an issue. Lots of restaurants available so many food choices. Easy to get around without getting lost, large but very clean. I'd definitely stay again.

Location is only positive. Rooms are bit outdated, small, no alarm clock, no coffee machine. But they charge extra for parking, and extra resort fee. Nothing about this hotel indicate it is a resort. Check in was easy as there were hosts to help. Check out also easy. Next time will try Bellagio. More expensive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, with a great location on the strip. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. However, I did find the room to be a bit dark for my liking. The check in and check out process was a breeze, making it easy to start and end my trip. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.

My room wasn't ready when I got there. I left my phone home so I had no way of knowing when It would be ready. They only give water to special people at check in so don't ask. Don't use your food comps at the small arcade kiosk by elevators, its considered retail even though all i got was soda and water

The check-in process was poor - automated kiosks similar to checking in at an airport. Then you have to wait for the system to send you a text message with a code to collect the room key from another automated kiosk. We faced some problems and had to speak to a receptionist anyway (who was very helpful). Not all technological developments are actually an improvement. The room itself was really nice, but the bathroom was small and felt dated. Good range of games and food outlets. Paid for parking during the automated check-in process but this was not recognised by the ticket machine when leaving the car park, so had to pay again. Not good. Overall value for money, but some things could be improved upon.
