Loved the room, food, shopping,atmosphere, food and entertainment. I literally didn't have to leave the hotel. Everything was right there. I went for my bday. I attended the ACES game, The Raiders and the MJ Show ( A must see) A comedy show at The House of Blues. I will be back.

Although the lady at check in was cheerful and pleasant, she said there were no King beds. I’d made out booking 11 months ago, albeit through On Peak (for ACEP). I told On Peak we wanted a King and an early check in. On arrival - NEITHER available. To pass the time, we went to check out the pool. Incredulous that a comfortable lounger costs $155 and an additional $155 for an umbrella. The searing heat in excess of 100 degrees almost mandates some shade - but only after you bleed a few more dollars. More fun to come. Once the room was ready, we learned that to use the coffeemaker is $16 and a large bottle of Fiji water $25. Nothing good about being here so far. Very disappointing and painfully expensive.

Hotel had no hot water for 3 hours, my room was unavailable during check in and I was told I could wait for my room or upgrade in order to have a room available immediately. My original room was a king suite and I ended up paying an upgrade charge for two queens.

It's subpar for a luxury resort there are better ones with better food and the staff was not friendly at all. It was very pretty though. Alot of ig worthy photo opportunities if that's important to you but the staff may be snotty to you and your room may not be what you booked.

Had a very good stay at The Delano. The property is clean and the suite style rooms are very spacious. The Delano is connected to Mandalay Bay/ across from Allegiant stadium. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. Be sure to get a strip view room.
