No AC in bedroom, extremely outdated

Having no AC in a bedroom in Hawai'i while paying $320 a night is just unacceptable. We would not have stayed here had we known. There is an AC unit in the living room and a vent "connecting" the living room to the bedroom, but it did not cool the bedroom effectively. My friends and I stayed in this hotel for one night before embarking on an overnight hiking trip. We expected a good night’s sleep but did not get it due to the hot sleeping environment. I have requested a refund for our night as it severely impacted our trip. Also the bed was warped. I do NOT recommend this place.

Very old hotel that has rooms with uncomfortable beds, no A/C and a lot of items not working in the room.
