Staff is very good. Rooms are comfortable but beds are hard, two main pools available with a large spa behind the papaya, overlooking the marina. 2nd time staying over Christmas and always beautiful weather. Many options for excursions, like fishing trips, whale watching, snorkeling, atv’s, horseback riding… You can schedule it all from your hotel or from the guys on the dock. We did all inclusive last year but not this year… they raised prices and not worth it. The restaurants also will not let you in unless you reserve before 5pm, and they don’t include many items on the menu. It is cheaper to pay and visit the local spots.
Won’t be back. Staff are friendly. Property lacks the care it needs. I feel like I’m being handled and followed.

I’m here now. Not a 4 star property. Staff are friendly. Property lacks the care it needs. You have to sign for every thing. Can not run a tab, you must make a reservation at every restaurant that is part of the inclusion package. I feel way to monitored at this property, paid $6000 through ac vacations. Our first room had a view of a wall! Luckily we were able to get a somewhat better room but no ocean or marina views. Room never warms as it gets cold at night, mold in all the vents. Yuk. Will be letting ac vacations know as well, this is definitely not a 4 star, maybe was one at some point. Our flight was almost 2 hours delayed, took over an hour in the shuttle to get to the hotel, so what should have been a 6 hour travel day was almost 12 hours. Arrived at hotel and front staff try to sell us packages and tours. I was starving and need to go to the bathroom. I explained this many times to the staff member, but she continued on, we gave her $20 to reserve breakfast, at their sister hotel, after we told her we didn’t want to leave this hotel. The next day, we asked for the deposit back but we received several excuses as to why she didn’t have the money. We are at the adult pool area. Yesterday there was no staff and I requested food from a sever at the other pool area, but it never came. So just my experience so far. 5 days to go, if we could move, we would, but it’s high season. Lessons learned. I should have reviewed this hotel more but air Canada vacations said it would be oceans views. Disappointed all around.
