Juan Carlos was wonderful and treated myself and my friends so well at the white party and Tortuga! Tortuga was delicious! Sosa at Agave was our favorite bartender and made us the best drinks the entire trip! He was so kind! Xochil and Ricardo treated us like royalty during lunch everyday at Agave! We ate here several times and never had a bad meal! They took the time to get to know us and we got to know them. Truly wonderful men! The rooms aren’t anything special, but you’re not here to spend time in the room! Get outside and enjoy the pools, activities and wonderful staff! We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the resort so much! All of the staff were incredible, we loved Sosa, Juan Carlos, Xochil, and Ricardo. They made our trip so much better. The location was perfect, the rooms were nice, and the food was good. Cupcake Cafe had amazing desserts, and the nightly entertainment was fun!

So I dont usually do reviews, however our experience this past week at the Finisterra was beyond enjoyable, for a 50 year old resort this place is amazingly clean and well kept up. The best part of this resort is the people working there from the wait staff to the cleaning crews, absolutely amazing. the food was good, they could have a better beer choices but i did manage. Just to call out a few of the crew that served us, Adeline at the restaurant check ins was such a pleasure, by the second day she new our names and where we liked to sit. Lecicon (hope i spelled that correctly) was the best waiter, he always brought us our chips and guac without even ordering and his service was impeccable, and if you want a smooth margarita check out Edgar at the Agave bar. This was our 5th time at the Fienisterra and we will be back. 10 stars

We got married here on September 12th, 2024! Absolutely stunning resort to have had our wedding at. Everyone, especially Paulina the wedding coordinator, was so fantastic our entire stay and of course for our wedding. Paulina went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day. I did not even notice if there were any issues bc Paulina took care of them all for us if there were any. The venues this resort offers are all beautiful, but we had our ceremony at the Plaza Finisterra and the cocktail hour/reception at the Mountain Top Terrace. The views do not disappoint. The floral company that the resort chose was perfect. The florals turned out even better than the photos I showed them as inspiration. I was so happy with our bouquets and the arch we had. Francisco, the older gentleman who took care of us at our wedding and daily at breakfast is the nicest man ever. We really loved him and our guests still talk about him as well as how kind and friendly all the resort staff was. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to get married here!

The Don Diego was excellent for Breakfast and Dinner Arturo our wait staff was professional and personal. Arturo provided outstanding service. Overall staff from Reception to Concierge to Housekeeping and Seek and Go were very professional. Seek and Go set up Jet Skiing along with a boat sightseeing tour and snorkeling both were well organized and the lunch provided on boat tour was excellent.
