Excellent service. The room was clean i was very pleased. We had breakfast and dinner at the light house restaurant the food was delicious our waitress yessica was awesome great service very attentive to our need. I celebrate my birthday diner here and yessica was very nice and sweet singing happy birthday to me and bringing me cake. Such a beautiful experience.
Rude Manager Bad Mouths Clients at the Counter

I have stayed here before, but it was never this bad. The first night I had put up a sign to please not enter the room as I had left my computer and ipad in the room, so of course, cleaning did not come. However, the MINI BAR guys diregarded my sign, and came in anyways and removed all the items in the MINI BAR for absolutely no reason. I am not sure who authorized entry. Over the next two days, I had locked up my belongings and asked for cleaning. Cleaning never came, even after talking to them. On the last day, I asked for two towels, toilet paper, and coffee to be sent to my room. They took awhile, so I left to eat dinner. Upon returning, I went up to the desk and asked to have two towels, coffee and toilet paper sent to my room. The night manager ARTURO FERNANDEZ came out all upset and starting yelling at me that he personally had gone up to my room and tried to deliver and I wasn't there etc etc. I told him that I understand that, and had waited for him and no one showed up and I left to eat. He started getting really rude and honestly, I was so tired, I turned to the receptionist again, and asked him to send the items to my room, which he politely did. What I didnt know, was after I left, ARTURO FERNANDEZ started loudly complaining at the front desk how I rudely came down and EXIGIENDO for my things and started using foul language.... not realizing that my husband was coming out of the restroom behind the front counter and heard him. My husband went up to the front counter and said, you are talking about my room and my wife. What is the problem? And Fernando started to get aggressively rude with him. My husband responded that Limpieza did not do their job, that Arturo did not do his job, and to have respect and take responsibility for the actions of the hotel. Apparently, ours wasnt the only room they hadnt cleaned in a few days and there were other people upset in the lobby. This was very unprofessional and will not be staying here ever again.
