Greeted with hugs from the bell staff Efrin, Diego, Louis, pool concierge Alberto and Carlos, Nayeli , Gustavo, Nico and Andreas. Entertainment staff Alana and Chloe kept us busy playing bingo and 21 as well as pickleball, crazy games and cooking classes. They really know how to make you feel at home. Daily turtle releases and a great sunrise are always a highlight. Construction was a bit inconvenient but it will sure be worth it in the near future. The sports bar is slated to open November 24 2024 after being down for a renovation. Till next time K&R T
Memorable Experience at Villa del Palmar

Much as I travel, I have come to realize that the experiences I take home with me are not so much about the beauty of the resort but have everything to do with how the hotel staff make me feel. Villar del Palmar is a great resort overlooking the arch. The view is spectacular and second to none but more importantly, the staff is amazing. To mention a few names, I thought Alin went out of her way to accomodate my needs; Rubi in charge of the sweet course table was amazing with her fried ice-cream and other similar delights. Last but not least, Claudia and her colleague Laura went out of their way to ensure they cartered to my appetite every evening at dinner. Thank you ladies for making my stay a memorable one. You embody the true valúes of your organization. I will be back in 2025 motivated by your great service…
