We really enjoyed our week. The food is very good, staff are excellent. A big shoutout to Antonio who took care of us everyday… a fine person and an excellent bar server??. Our room was lovely, great v...iew and good maid service. We loved the Mayan style, carvings and statues. We only have one negative and that was a guest who took two chairs at the adult pool and never surfaced until around 3..and at that was just one person. Yes there are signs advising not to engage in this. We hope we can return to this hotel !

Excellent entretainment team, I love how they offer different shows all night I was staying there. Food is good too, comfortable rooms and everything is clean and tidy. I will recommend strongly this hotel... for a family vacation. We will return for sure this year!

The service at Bar Mac Maya was excellent, and our bartender Leonardo Arreguín demonstrated exceptional attentiveness while preparing outstanding drinks. Definitely recommend visiting while in the area, I ...will be coming back very soon.

If you are looking for long walks on the beach this is not the place. No access to reg beach. If that is not a concern it is a great spot.Felt very safe

Rooms were spacious and staff was courteous and attentive. Food was very good. Pools were clean. We went during a weekday and it was not to busy, which was great. The evening show is a nice perk, they also... have a kids show. My kids loved it, My whole family had a great experience.
