The hotel is located downtown. It's a good location with both valet and self-parking options that are quite easily accessible. Rooms were clean and had decent amenities. The rooms were not large, but passable for our purposes. AC worked well (big plus). Bathroom was too small with insufficient shelving or ventilation. Hallways on all but main floor are not properly climate controlled - this should be corrected - really uncomfortable. (Same goes for elevator). key card locks on room failed so many times, we had to get staff to help us (which they graciously did - and they also experienced difficulty). Room service breakfast came with beverages missing - served in a bag (perhaps a leftover choice from the height of covid era?). Food items were randomly included in one or another disposable tupperware container - not as-ordered. There did not seem to be a way to pre-order room service breakfast for the day before. Early check-in was requested but not available - so we were asked to wait some time - came back not 30 minutes later to find the lobby swamped and the staff dealing with crowds of people trying to check in in large clumps. The hotel bar was pleasant with nice specials and drink selections. Staff were trying, but seemed to short staffed and had bottleknecked tooo many check-ins together - even when there were people who wanted to go early. This clearly was a premier stop in its day. It's still good in many ways - but it also needs improvements and upgrades.

Wonderful experience! We spent Canada Day with the Delta Beau’ and it was fantastic! Check in was very swift with friendly service while enjoying some cake and refreshments in the lobby. We arrived to our room to find a very cozy clean environment, everything in order . Thankfully, the room needed no attention since my daughter had to race off to the water slide! Every employee along the way was very courteous. For dinner, we enjoyed TRIIIOS’s delicious menu also with promt, friendly service! Yum! Can’t wait to get back for ANY reason! Easily 10/10…. Staff were super efficient and friendly, example, a doorman saw me unloading the car and noticed I had some ice blocks, he immediately offered to put them in the hotel freezer, great initiative and service. 2 bed room was clean and tidy, they did rush it for us as we did not want a king bed, and also had a couple of location requests, however a little more attn to detail necessary as some amenities were missing, eg hydro water, cups, soap, etc… received quickly from room attendant in corridor. Bought the dogs as usual, small fee as is becoming the norm. Overall very nice downtown hotel close to the Riverfront, definitely worth a visit, we’ll be back.

Downtown hotel with access to entertainment and a beautiful park. As titanium elite we chose this hotel for the perks and we had a decent stay. Comfortable king room and refreshments from the club. My dog and I had a great walk in the extensive riverfront park

Hats off to the staff at this hotel. Spent the weekend with some friends on what had to be one of the busiest weekends Moncton had this year. It was a madhouse downtown. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, focused and helpful despite the commotion of conference groups, and hockey groups bustling in and out of the place. The room was clean and comfortable. Next time we stay we will spend more time checking out the restaurant onsite.
