The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and has been recently remodeled. The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean upon arrival. The gym features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, which is a great amenity. However, there are several areas where the experience could be improved: 1. Lounge Hours: The lounge hours are not accommodating for elite members, especially during weekend stays, rendering it largely inaccessible. The hours are as follows: • Monday to Friday: 06:30–09:00 • Sunday to Thursday: 17:30–19:30 2. Restaurant and Breakfast Options: The Library restaurant does not offer a breakfast buffet. Elite members are given a $25 credit, but the process involves ordering at the bar and picking up the food yourself, which feels less premium. 3. Parking and Charging Amenities: Parking is expensive at $65 per night, which is higher than nearby options such as the JW Marriott. Additionally, electric vehicle charging stations are only available to valet guests, excluding those who opt for self-parking. 4. Elite Member Experience: The hotel lacks a dedicated check-in desk for elite members. During check-in, the staff member did not acknowledge my Titanium Elite status, inform me about the lounge access, or mention the complimentary breakfast until I inquired. I also requested a nightly upgrade, which was denied despite seeing two suites available for the duration of my stay: • 1 King Bed, Club Lounge Access, Executive Suite • Executive Suite, Club Lounge Access, Suite, 1 King When I pointed out that the suites were available on the website for three consecutive nights, I was told they were only available for the first night. Even on subsequent days, the suites were still shown as available online, suggesting that the hotel may be reluctant to honor elite member benefits or upgrade awards. In summary, while the hotel offers a stylish and well-maintained environment, it falls short in delivering the level of service and benefits expected for elite members.

The Valet service was above and beyond. Blew my socks off how you could tell they really focus on the customer and figuring out our needs and providing us with excellent value. Vaughan was very friendly and I’m happy to give him a shout out in this wonderful experience!

Vaughn was super helpful and friendly. Coolest person ive ever met in a hotel. Also had great city recommendations! Fast and easy arrival. Clean room and awesome view. Helpful staff, and ease of access. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I travel for a living. We checked in and Grace was the best we ever experienced. She took care of our Room and explained all our amenities perfectly. She made us feel at home. She walked us to the elevator and was just so sweet and nice. This hotel has 2 great restaurants/ bars. The breakfasts are amazing with James, Heidi and Mena serving us with a smile. The Skye restaurant has a great bartender Im sorry cant remeber his name.He is a mixologist supreme!!..and excellent Sushi and drinks. The view is incredible! Travis helped us get a car out front a nice young man. Aida is a great hostess and it all started with Grace. Top notch ecperience! Will be back.

Great valet service! The guys are always so helpful and nice and make me feel welcome. I play up on the rooftop a lot and they’re always ready to help me and make sure I can get all my gear up there with minimal issues. They’re always so friendly and interactive.
