Another amazing visit!! Cannot say enough about our experiences at Breezes! The beach, the water, the sun, but most of all THE PEOPLE!! It all starts with our friend and beach butler Giresse (better known ...as "G")!!!! His attention to detail and caring for an exceptional guest experience make him our favorite member of the Breezes team! The ladies at the breakfast buffet are truly wonderful! Sharon, Sheria, Charmaine, and Ynez were so accommodating and friendly. And the omelets...awesome!! The crew in the dining room were all outstanding! Lakesha #1, Mary, Debroncya, Rajiv, and Inga all took great care to make sure our mornings started off perfectly!! The guys on the beach, Larry, Daniel, and Jean, always made sure our cabana was taken care of and got us everything we needed. Shervaughn did a fantastic job covering for the 2 days we were without G. He was very polite and attentive! Wonderful young man. Last but not least, the ladies at the front desk where it all started were tremendous!! Shantell and Tiajej were both extremely helpful and patient with our 6 cabana tickets!!! All together, Breezes and their staff have never disappointed us, and they will be a continuing vacation destination for us!!! Thank you for everything!!!

My partner and I had an awesome experience during our recent stay at the hotel. It was a very clean environment. The Customer Service was one of the best I've encountered in a long time. The food and drin...ks were well prepared many options available. I would highly recommend.

The hotel overall needs updating. The rooms are more like motel rooms.The furniture, bedding, curtains need to be updated. For the money that they are making, could certainly allow them to upgrade these fe...atures. TV was 32"...not HD, no streaming options. Online the rms look great...they're not. I will say staff, beach and food was amazing. No laundry facility. Ask all sorts of questions before you sign up for any excursions. I wouldn't stay again, and don't recommend it.

Hotel is Beautiful, Room was Great with a Pool and Beach View The Entertainment was superb with Funky D, his shows are consist of comedy and singing My first night I was on the dance floor which I rarely... do when I go on vacation, my husband was very surprised to see me on the dance floor with Funky D, I felt so welcome and totally comfortable and the other guests came to join in. The mini carnival was great Love the resort, food and drinks were amazing The Entertainment staff were outstanding with the guests
