Would think twice before coming back.

Hotel is in ok condition, it’s dedicated more to the casino. Pools close early, beaches as well it says a certain hour but they close an hour early. The bars have horrible service you wait 30-40 minutes to get a soda or drink, foods overly priced.

My husband and I stayed at the SLS for our 20 year anniversary. They upgraded us to a Suite and we felt like the only ones in that section. It was nice and quiet and the beds are super comfortable, so we slept great! A very nice resort but expensive in terms of food/drinks. My husband hated not having an ice machine nearby. You have to call and request it and that can take up to 30 minutes or more. I wish there had been more restaurants without the crazy high prices and reservations/lines but we loved The Swimming Pig and ate there 3 nights in a row and just sat at the bar. The waterpark was fun and great music at the Jazz Bar. There was a little confusion with our pre-paid hotel package through American Airlines and what they charged us initially when we checked in, but they promised to credit us upon check out and they did. I was worried after all these reviews talked about not getting money back. However, we had no issues and I was relieved. The service at the pool bars isn't the best and they aren't as friendly. I don't feel we got the full "bang for our buck" with the resort fees when so many things to do cost more money. It definitely caters to the wealthy, which we are not but it was our 20 year anniversary so we went for a bit of an upgrade. Overall, it was a good experience.
