Beautiful beach with many great restaurants. But some improvements are needed.

We just spent 6 nights at this all inclusive resort. The check-in and check-out process were both very smooth. Luther ran the luggage and bus loading process like the Navy. He is absolutely excellent! We ...had a basic room in the Santa Cruz section. The garden patio was private and lovely. The room needed more plugs for chargers and the TV audio was not good. The beach is the best I’ve ever seen. Beautiful clear blue water and smooth sand. Breathtaking sunsets every night. We rented a private cabana on our last day. A treat that is worth the money. The main pool area was just okay. The women’s bathroom was frequently out of soap and paper towels. Also, the pool is a bit too deep at 4’ 5”. You have to hold your drink near your shoulders given the water level. The food overall was excellent. Our favorites were The Mill, Soy, Mariachi and the BBQ place. Stella, the Italian reservation-only restaurant, was just okay. There is a nearby public park where you can hear music at times. On Saturday night the music was incredibly loud and could be heard well past 2 am. Finally- the commute between the resort and the hotel. Try to avoid it during rush hour. It took over two hours to get from Montego Bay to the resort.

We had such an incredible experience during our stay – truly a vacation to remember! Our Butlers, Anthony and Oliver, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure not only our comfort but also m...ade our kids and grandkids feel so special. Their attention to detail and warm personalities made a huge impact on our stay. Conrad from the dining team was a delight! He was so helpful during the VIP lunch and consistently greeted us with a warm smile. His presence made each meal feel a little more special. A big thank you to Natalie for crafting the most delicious non-alcoholic mudslides for our grandkids – they absolutely loved them! We can’t say enough about Delly – he was a true lifesaver for our teenager, who was initially feeling a bit out of place. Delly made her feel welcomed and included, and thanks to him, she ended up participating in so many activities. He truly made the trip unforgettable for her (and us!). Even Sean, who had only been at the resort for three months, stood out with his warm welcome and eagerness to help. It’s clear that the staff here is passionate and dedicated, no matter how long they’ve been there. Hands down, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so cared for – we can’t wait to come back!
