It give us what we wanted. James and I fairly new to the scene. Lots of nerves and anticipation. Met a lovely couple, Martin and Fiona. Guided us through the many aspects. Staff wonderful, especially a certain member of the pool staff. Definitely would go again. Any questions feel free to ask. C&J

My stay at Hedonism II was a complete letdown, not only due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff but also the dismal state of the property itself. One of the entertainment coordinators was visibly intoxicated and behaved rudely and aggressively towards me. When I reported this to management, the General Manager, Mr. Graham, showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of addressing the fact that one of their employees was drunk and disrespectful, the situation was brushed aside with no accountability or integrity. Beyond the lack of professionalism, the resort itself is rundown and dirty. I was shocked by how poorly maintained the facilities were. Used napkins were scattered on the floor of the piano bar, I even spotted roaches in the dining area, and the rooms are old and outdated, in desperate need of renovation. It’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities here. With intoxicated staff, unresponsive management, and a property that feels neglected, Hedonism II is not the carefree, luxurious experience it claims to be. Until these serious issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone.

Beautiful place, and really friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to the Kama Sutra Palace, which was one of the highlights of our visit. The only small downside were the outsiders, who were, for some reason, allowed to come to the beachside to sell marihuana.

Don’t waste your money! The rooms are old and very over priced! The food was reheated repurposed on the buffet, restaurants were closed due to low capacity. The play makers are friendly but Waite and bar staff were rude and made us feel like we were an imposition! The new GM made many excuses for the short falls and discredited our concerns. Needless to say we will not return! Too many other options for the $900. Per night price tag! We booked Beach front Jacuzzi!

Our first time a Hedo and we were not disappointed, we had a fabulous time. The staff and resort really impressed us. Notable members of staff are Oneil who serviced our hot tub every morning, always came with a welcome smile and friendly attitude, a great way to start the day. Also, the staff at the piano bar, Mike with his excellent playing and sorry of if I have these names wrong but Starry/Shari the gorgeous singer with a beautiful voice and Nefario/lothario? The singing bar tender, always remembered my drink and was such a sweet friendly guy. Excellent customer service, the food was lovely, we really enjoyed the Hibachi restaurant, it really was an experience. The nude pool was where it was at, it really is a party hotel so be prepared for that kind of atmosphere. Also, recommend the catamaran cruise, so much fun and the staff on there were fab!
