This was my fourth stay at Fairfield Penn Station. You can’t beat the location! It’s across the street from Moynihan Train Hall. All of my visits have included buffet breakfast in the price. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. They do not charge resort fees common among NYC hotels. That being said, the hotel has been disappointing my last two visits. The lobby area is worn and showing wear. Only two of the three elevators were operational making for long waits or hikes up and down the stairs. There is no check-in before 4:00 regardless if the room is ready. Sometimes they offer early check-in for a fee. This wasn’t an option this visit. The lobby becomes chaotic around 4:00 when everyone appears to check-in. This also causes elevator challenges with long waits. The breakfast staff is welcoming and friendly, the desk staff not as much.

Awesome location, next to Penn Station and MSG., which was especially nice since our train arrived at 3AM. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel porter has an encyclopedic memory and brings luggage in the blink of an eye with a smile. Lots to select from for the included breakfast. Everyone loved the fresh coffee.

Nothing good about this place except the close proximity to Penn Station . Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Manhattan. The rooms are small , the air conditioning was not cooling and despite repeated requests no one took any corrective action . The breakfast is bad , nothing hot . Only canned items are served that too without any warmth. The coffee ( the only good thing in the spread) is not refilled at all . Even plain water is not available. Overall a poor stay .

This was a very central hotel being next to Penn Station excellent for Times Square and the Hudson River. You could see the Empire State building from the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean with good amenities. Excellent for tourists to New York.

July 4th stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was really fun. Robert at front desk was so nice & considerate, checked us in to a very comfortable room, Loved the roof top bar, location is excellent-easy in and out of the city. Breakfast included was awesome. Parking right next door. We will be back!
