The hotel service is great, the staff are friendly, especially Stanley and Marcellus! They are welcoming and helpful, they always help me and my family when we need help! The hotel is also in a great location, very close to attractions, for example, we can walk to the Empire State Building! It is definitely a very good choice for family travel!

We are gold member and booked this trip directly with Melia application. It cost $648 plus $106.08 so total cost was $754.08 when we arrived they asked us to deposit a credit card. No other information at all, only the wheel play for the check in. we only asked for 2 double beds and asked if breakfast is including for gold member. Answer was no. They let us play the wheel and we won $45 off which mean our cost should be $754.08 - $45 but instead they charge us $891,77 when we checked out I mentioned the total cost. She said it all set and paid so I asked about $45 off and she said “I fixed that already” so we said thanks and left as we trust the process. Today I saw that the resort charged us $891,77 so I called the resort. She said it’s $648 + tax and resort fee. I asked what fee? She said “we” always inform the guest about the resort fee but no??? No one inform us and she read me all the resort fee such as WiFi, 24h guest service etc all that is included for Gold member. We’ve been charged $137.69 more (not even $45 minus but plus 137.69) because we trusted the resort on this. By the way, we heard noises from next door as the room was not soundproof

Came in on a very blah Tuesday afternoon. Immediately, my mood is enhanced by a lobby DJ playing jams from the 89s that make you just want to move your body. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is really fun and has a great vibe. Will repeat.

This place was truly a heaven for me. I loved the reception area and I wanted to stay multiple days. The front desk attendant was so perfect. Jesenia was just divine. I was having a very challenging day and she felt it. She told me that she would do her best to make my stay a pleasurable as possible. Her smile, energy, and flow was on point. Next was Sebastian who took my bags and made sure that they were safe before I entered my room. He was such a kind and authentic soul.

All promises given by staff at Melia were not fulfilled. We had booked Family loft but were kept in separate rooms on day one. Was promised will be given 807 room than gave 1202. Was promised Breakfast will be provided for all four nights but the staff again backtracked. Also requested good room on 20th Floor but said no room has a view and 12th floor is the only option. We are not satisfied
