Amazing hotel! Amazing staff. Rooms were cleaned daily and had all amenities. Staff at all restaurants, bars and pools in addition to chef, cleaning staff, bell men- everyone was amazing! We will return and we would recommend to others. Thank you Bahia Grand Jamaica

The majority of the staff are very rude and won’t give provide you with a full service unless you tip them. I don’t mind tipping for a service I have been provided but to expect it before is audacious. The rooms are adequate but nothing special. Our shower head wouldn’t work so just faced the wall rather than above you. The jacuzzi jets in bath also didn’t work along with the telephone in the room. There were repeated power cuts all through the day and night with no explanation or reason. Cockroaches in the buffet hall everywhere to the point I saw one crawling out of the salad bar. The A La Carte restaurants are a joke. Every single one of them! The Japanese restaurant served us roasted chicken with instant mash potato?! I’m not a connoisseur of Japanese food but I was stumped to work out how they could try and pass off that as Japanese cuisine. Don Pablo was the better selection out of all the restaurants but even they managed to serve up scrambled egg instead of a crème brûlée. Cockroaches in there as well.
