Our bunk bed room had a view of the fireworks. The staff were very friendly. Didnt hear our neighbours very much so got some good nights sleep. Good walking distance to the parks. Has a CVS across the ...road with good lunch options. came with toiletries so we didnt need our own.

My husband especially asked for a 4th floor room with a view of the fireworks for our special wedding anniversary. When we checked in I could see that wasn’t possible from room 416. My husband went back do...wn and asked and was assured by the girl on the desk that they had complied with this request. I can hear the fireworks now but can’t see them. I don’t understand just say no, it isn’t possible, don’t lie to people, feeling very hurt and upset ??

Everything is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is very good with lots of options. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Easy and quick walk to Disneyland. I called ahead of time for a crib for our ...toddler, and they had one available for us soon after we checked in (including sheet and blanket). We booked a family suite, which was a great option for our larger group of extended family, and during the day we could hang out in one room while our toddler napped safely in the other room.

We always stay here when we go to Disneyland. We love it because it is close to the park, restaurants, 7/11…but this time, our hotel room had leftover popcorn and room key from a previous customer when we ...first got there. The hotel staff was nice enough to offer us a new room, but there’s one staff David, when I called him about the sink, plus popcorn and the key, his response was “well, about the popcorn and key, you can throw that away yourself”. Rude. All the other staff members tho, were very kind and helpful. We would still stay again when we go back to Disneyland.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast, great view from our room, easy walk to food and stores, perfect distance from the parks and a Frozen singalong with the front desk staff to wrap up our visit ...on a great note! (Pun intended). Highly recommend!
