I stayed here 10 years ago and it was a decent choice. Apparently there has been very little upkeep and maintenance over the years and this hotel is really starting to show its age. The location is great.... Very close to Disney and literally across the street from Old Town and Fun Spot. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. The pool area is nice and honestly the highlight of our entire stay. Pool towels were scarce Breakfast was acceptable. Staff were polite, but overworked. We stayed for 6 nights but never received housekeeping, even after requesting it 3 separate occasions. Housekeeping consists of changing towels and taking out the trash. The common areas of the hotel are very worn. Carpet in the hallways and rooms need replaced. The elevators are extremely slow! Touch up paint needed throughout. On a positive note, our room was clean. I checked for dust on the headboards and the fan, both were clean. There are lots of hotel choices in the Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista area. You’re better off making a choice to stay at a newer hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Courteous staff. Very good breakfast with a good egg and cheese omelet with sausage links, fresh waffles and good coffee. Great location. A short walk to Kissimmee's Old Town.... A Great Stay. Highly recommended.
