Great location, great value for money

We stayed here for four nights in late February 2025 and I was very impressed. WE booked through Virgin Holidays so parking fee and service charges were waived. It was really good value. We didn't use many... facilities as it was only a short stay, but if you have a car it's a great location; close to Disney and close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable! If I had any criticism it would be that housekeeping could sometimes be really late in the day, but that's such a minor problem (and a nice problem to have when many other resorts no longer have daily housekeeping)
Nothing Above Average

I never do reviews, but after discussing the trip with my kids, I decided I had nothing positive to say about this hotel, so I should leave a review for others to use as a reference. Shuttle Bus The she...et given upon checkin does not have the correct reservation website. Use floridashuttlebus.com to schedule your shuttle bus. Times are very inconvenient as well. We made a double reservation the day we would be spending all day at Magic Kingdom. We got to the bus stop at the end of the night, early as instructed, and we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 945 I called the hotel to ask a status of the bus and I was hung up on. Tried calling back, and it rang and rang. Called the bus company and because the bus was delayed and I had a reservation, they booked my family an Uber back to the hotel. However, a more relaliavle option is the Lynx bus. It's $2 for adults, $1 for kids and right there at the intersection before entering the hotel. Goes directly to Disney TCC for transferring parks. Housekeeping Every day, we received a different level of housekeeping. I was never given coffee cups. There's a coffee maker and complimentary coffee in the room. My son wet the bed so we called the front desk. I used the quick button on the phone and it directed me to 911 so dial 0 instead. They said they'd do a full clean however, housekeeping comes to the door and doesn't know what I've asked for. Using Google translate, I asked they replace the sheets and towels. We come back at the end of the day and the dirty sheets were piled on the chair in the room. If I could suggest translator tools for housekeeping. When we visited Disney Tokyo, all the workers carried them around, and it was seamless. One day our washcloths weren't replaced, one day we didn't receive any hand towels, one day, there was no floor towel. It was sloppy service. Food Nothing special for food. A children's selection would be nice. We grabbed dinner here our first night (a Sunday) and it took at least 45 minutes. I had a drink at the bar waiting for food and I finished it and was never offered another drink. There were 2 before the bar and it was busy. But the dining area was crowded, wasn't sure if I just sat down and received table service or ordered at the bar. Again, just a messy process. I tried to order online then just go downstairs and grab it, but it asked for a table/seat number and for someone who just arrived that request made no sense. What if I selected a table/seat someone was sat in? Laundry Another let down. No signs for laundry location. A simple sign in the elevator would be helpful. I had to call the front desk and they tell me 2nd floor of every building. The laundry room in my building (reef) is an empty room with just a box to purchase laundry supplies. The next laundry room has 1 washer, 1 dryer and a token machine ($1 per token) however the token machine is broken. I go to yet another laundry room and again it's 1 washer, 1 dryer, token machine. Oh and the dryer ate one of my tokens so instead of $4 to dry a load, it was $5. Absolutely outrageous. I've stayed in nicer places and paid no more than $5 total for a wash and dry. If it weren't for my son having an accident, i wouldn't have done laundry. 1 set of machines per building is unacceptable. When you see this property is made up of 4, if not more buildings. I guess I do have a positive, the common areas were cleaned regularly. However, overall, this hotel is outdated and needs some updates. The box AC in the room is so loud. If given the opportunity, I would not stay here again.
Filthy hotel would never use again.

Hotel filthy not even a 1star. Bath room covered in urine stains that were removable with a Walgreens wipe. Used Soap under bathroom cabinet still there when I left. Extractor in bathroom clogged with filt...h. Rust on rails and furniture coffee stains and dirt every where. Cannabis stink coming from other rooms via the vents. While I was there I room needed a complete fumigation due to the vile smell of cats pee. This is caused by the preparation of hard drugs in that room an horrendous stink. Large groups of men with thier 8 dollar cans of beer hang around and in the pool for hours never come out to use the toilet. Compensation given by the tour operator and the Marriott Head office. All food and goods a total ripoff.

Delta is clean with a refreshed lobby. Check in was easy and fast. As expected a $25 plus tax per night fee was charged. Unexpectedly we were credited $25 per night for food or alcohol. That was great. Our... room was clean. There's a nice size fridge without freezer. No microwave. Towels and bedding are good quality. Our room safe was locked by the previous guest. I asked for it to be unlocked but it was not. There are several restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We really liked Istanbul Grill and ice cream from Twistee Treat. Overall, the low rate per night and close location to WDW (we took uber rather than hotel shuttle) would have us book here again. It's a good price with a slightly upscale feel.

My family and I stayed here from Feb 19-24. We have stayed at this property in the past and each time was different ownership. This trip you can notice the change. The rooms have been updated, the lobby ha...s changed a bit. There is a beautiful pool area. They have a Starbucks in the lobby now for those wanting coffee. Overall a very good stay in updated rooms Pros: Friendly staff: Corima is a friendly server in the pool and lobby bar always attentive and smiling. Roberta: A very friendly person and always smiling and checking in on your stay. She seems to be a Guest Ambassador or Guest Experience manager? She is an asset to the company and fills this role with professionalism, loyalty and attention to details. Kenia: Works in the Pool bar, was friendly,& attentive. Maria front desk: was very friendly when checking us in and throughout the stay. Rooms: Appear to updated new beds, carpet, bathroom seemed recently renovated. Pool area: one large pool with a slide, one smaller heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Several gas fire places outside. Cons: Elevators: are almost non existent in the Am. The housekeeping staff takes up all the elevators for a few hours going up/down. The steps are more reliable after 9:30am. Guest room doors: They all slam shut. We had neighbors that kept going in/out every few minutes slamming the doors each time. ( might be a reason, heat or swelling of doors?) Drinks: There seems to be a disconnect with the F&B manager and alcohol company. Most alcohol was gone during my stay. No Titos, no Casa Migos, No Don Julio, Patron was light, No Grey Goose. Everyday I was told they were waiting on a delivery but the delivery never came during my stay. Overall it was a Great stay with some minor issues but nothing that would deter us from booking again.
