Huge resort with very simple Disney themed rooms. Bus transportation only. Rooms are normal sized hotel rooms and if you get a family suite once you pull the beds down the space is very tight. There are sl...ight decorative touches that remind you, you are at Disney, but the best decorations are outside. Nice selection of food in the food court and great staff on property.

Stayed here in summer last year and loved it- 4 adults, 2 rooms, 2 double beds in both of them. The room was always clean, cleaners came around every day and we always had towels and a very well stocked co...ffee and tea area. The AC in the room was great and there was a pool- including late night movies on a projector- and laundromat yards away. Comfortable, clean and everything we needed :) walking around the resort to see all the different themes was fun, and rhe shuttlebuses took us to and from very easily. would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Family suites at this resort. I highly recommend booking those as they are in the first two buildings located right next to the main hub of the hotel. Also, very close to the pool. The que...en bedroom with its own bathroom was very large and perfect for our family. The other room has two queen beds, but they are pulldown beds, which worked fine for the kids. It does get a little cramped when the beds are pulled down, and there isn’t a lot of room to move the dining chairs when the beds are down. There’s also a nice kitchenette which we used a lot for breakfast and for our groceries that we had delivered. And then there is another bathroom for the guests who are staying in the two queen room. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff also did a very nice job during our stay.

We stayed during the cheerleading competition. The rooms were nice and clean. The parks were packed but still fun. The pools were heated and we loved that we could do our laundry easily. The food court... was good. Bus service was the same as any other Disney property.

Great location very secure barrier on road only allowing drop off at the 3 all star hotels. I was given an upgrade on arrival to a privilege room which was a few steps from main building opposite the swimm...ing pool. Room big enough for 2 people. King size bed, very clean. Had a fridge iron/ board. Coffee maker. Safe and hairdryer. one wardrobe and drawers. Large tv. Very good wi-fi and air con. House keeping every other day which was fine for me. But for a family not sure, big food court for meals although menu didn’t change at all in 10 days. Best food was mickey brownie with ice cream. And the breakfast. Prices the same as the Disney quick service diners. All Disney buses stopped at the hotel including Disney springs and water parks. Couldn’t fault the hotel perfect for a budget hotel on Disney property you get early admission to the parks and free transport.
