This is a great stay for seaworld Orlando the Uber was only $5 or less depending on time The hotel itself was very well maintained with plenty of parking although at a cost, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was a decent size with a fully equipped kitchen along with good pressure in the shower, the downside though is that part of the hotel is by the highway which is very busy and you can’t escape the noise so make sure that you book a room away from that side I would stay here again for it’s convenience to seaworld

We had a lovely hotel having moved from another on the first night of our trip which was horrendous. Pros: Room was great as very spacious, clean with a kitchenette (microwave, huge fridge , hob, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery/plates etc). Beds were extremely comfortable/linen soft and smelt great and lovely view of the pool. Aircon was the more sophisticated style which you turn on digitally at the wall rather than one unit that sits on the floor l, therefore no damp/mould in room. Pool area is magnificent - really clean and relaxing. I absolutely loved it. For improvement: Breakfast was nice as it was only a complementary breakfast after all. It was just very busy at times and queuing up for food is stressful during a holiday - you need to go very early to avoid this. However, what was on offer very good/varied and coffee/juices great also. Staff were really friendly and happy to help if there was any issue. The hallways are very clean just a too dark and need more of a holiday vibe - a lighter colour on the walls would be more suitable. Thank you for making our Florida stay a memorable one after our awful first night experience before moving hotel. We would certainly book another Marriott residence inn or other hotel in the chain!

We stayed at this hotel for a little over a week and the first part of our experience was great (okay food, proximity to major locations and price wasn’t too bad), but on our last nights we noticed strange bites (you guessed it: bedbugs). Don’t go here there are better options.

When checking in the desk auditor was friendly. When checking out the desk auditor was put out that I wanted a printed copy of my bill. ( 2 different people) I placed the sign on the door that I was not in need of cleaning. They entered anyway. The room didn’t have a clean smell and the face cloths were scratchy. The shower head was not putting out a wide spray. The tv had a line crack in it. Brought it to the attention of the desk auditor and nothing was done about it. Since, I was there mainly to shower and sleep, I didn’t push it. The kitchen area was nice and clean and the appliance appears to be pretty new. Pillows were not fluffy but the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was available. So many people eating, it was a wait for food to be refilled. I didn’t see any fruit but several other choices were available. Outside the grounds are clean and the pool area was clean and inviting.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn and for a great deal! the pool area was nice, the fitness area in good working function and it is in a wonderful locale! Pros- great deal, wonderful staff, free breakfast. The breakfast is superior to many of the standard continental breakfasts. For management, I may suggest switching it up a little perhaps with two line ups for a week so those staying a week have just a little variety (e.g. bacon instead of sausage or potatoes once in awhile. It was convenient to the convention center (I was at a national conference) and the deal was far superior to the hotels right near the conference center (yet it was within 10 minutes). If going back to a convention there I certainly would stay again!
