I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times in the last 7 years and loved it. We went last week 12/7/24-12/13/24 and I will never stay here again. The crime, the marijuana smell throughout the hotel, police and DEA agents coming to arrest the FEMA residents two different times during our stay at this hotel, one elevator working for the majority of our stay, no luggage carts any of the days available, hot breakfast was horrible besides the waffles, kids running all over without adults constantly using the one elevator available, we had zero bowls in the kitchenette. The bartender was very nice and the front desk clerks. Location of the hotel was convenient.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, rooms are fully fitted out with all amenities including functional kitchen. Cleaning every day done by friendly staff. Unfortunately the breakfast is where they fail, only choice of boiled, scrambled eggs or turkey or pork burgers, placed on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery, such a shame as that's the only real downside, hope they improve it.

The resort is very close to Seaworld and Universal. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful and easy to talk to when we needed items. Light sleepers request a room away from the highway. The hallway had a horrible smell-as if food was rotten or water was sitting on the carpet. The air handler was a little loud and woke me up the first night. The walls outside of the building look like it needs a pressure wash-looked dirty. Other than that the room was clean and large.

This is a great stay for seaworld Orlando the Uber was only $5 or less depending on time The hotel itself was very well maintained with plenty of parking although at a cost, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was a decent size with a fully equipped kitchen along with good pressure in the shower, the downside though is that part of the hotel is by the highway which is very busy and you can’t escape the noise so make sure that you book a room away from that side I would stay here again for it’s convenience to seaworld

We had a lovely hotel having moved from another on the first night of our trip which was horrendous. Pros: Room was great as very spacious, clean with a kitchenette (microwave, huge fridge , hob, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery/plates etc). Beds were extremely comfortable/linen soft and smelt great and lovely view of the pool. Aircon was the more sophisticated style which you turn on digitally at the wall rather than one unit that sits on the floor l, therefore no damp/mould in room. Pool area is magnificent - really clean and relaxing. I absolutely loved it. For improvement: Breakfast was nice as it was only a complementary breakfast after all. It was just very busy at times and queuing up for food is stressful during a holiday - you need to go very early to avoid this. However, what was on offer very good/varied and coffee/juices great also. Staff were really friendly and happy to help if there was any issue. The hallways are very clean just a too dark and need more of a holiday vibe - a lighter colour on the walls would be more suitable. Thank you for making our Florida stay a memorable one after our awful first night experience before moving hotel. We would certainly book another Marriott residence inn or other hotel in the chain!
